Way back in prehistory I was calling my employer's marketing dept to have something shipped to the Dover Mall.
"I don't think Fed Ex ships to Dover" (like I said, pre-history)
"It's the state capitol, of course they ship there"
"State capitol? Of what?"
"Uh, Delaware?"
"What state is Delaware in?"
