I'd let that sleeping dog lie.
Why ask why? Let it go.
This is good. Don't tell the government
What is the exact section number on the ticket? 3112(a)(3)(I) or 3111(a)? Or is it something else? And if it’s marked “aggressive driving” that doesn’t mean YOU were driving aggressively. It means the officer was on a special traffic enforcement detail funded by an “aggressive driving” grant.
Delete this and let it go, lol. Merry Christmas.

Ok that is the actual state violation for disregarding a steady red signal which, you are correct, should assess you 3 points and appear in your driving record. You said you pled guilty and paid your fine? Looks like somebody dropped the ball (probably at the judges office) and never sent the info over to PennDOT. I would simply ignore it if I was you. Sounds like you got a lucky break.

How was it written on the citation? They can write a ticket as a non moving violation which removes the points but maintains the $$$, which is all they are after anyway.
