Does anybody have a real estate agent recommendation for the providence area? My wife and I (30) are looking for a two bedroom, two bath apt/house to rent starting Nov 01 (could do Nov 15 for the right place).

We’d be down for a nicer apartment complex for the sake of meeting people. Otherwise we would prefer a house with a yard for our pup.

Check craigslist too. Many landord-owned places don't use realtors (since the landlord pays the fee in RI vs the buyer like they do in NYC). But it also means you can use a realtor here fee free for rentals!
