Hot tip: if you vote early at your town/city hall, most organized campaigns will filter out those who have already voted and you’ll avoid the majority of the GOTV campaign text messages and phone calls.

Yeah, Not every campaign does it, unfortunately. Some just text any number they can find

Can confirm. I work on a campaign and we filter out the early voters daily.
