Including biscotti in a gift. Where’s your favorite bakery?

Also, silly question but biscotti always tastes stale to me anyway so it’s unclear to me how shelf-stable it is. Can I buy biscotti weeks in advance or should I get it much closer to the holiday?

We buy biscotti at Dave’s Marketplace but honestly the best is home made. We make pistachio and almond, I can share the recipe if you’re interested.

Thank you so much! I do have a recipe, but I feel funny making it when I never know what makes it taste good. It always feels over baked to me. So I leave it to the pros!

Pastiche on federal hill. Best biscotti. Only one the doesn’t taste stale. You won’t regret.
