Except we would have to eat more if we grew wings (birds use tons of energy flying, which is why they don’t get as big as mammals do). So the world would have to feed 8 billion flying people. That would be scary.

I doubt we would have as many people as we do now, people are stupid and would probably kamikaze themselves all the time if we could fly.
