It isn’t possible to swallow a sugar pill large enough to kill you. You wouldnt even be able to choke on it cause you wouldn’t be able to get the pill past your lips.

Even if you manipulated that pill and had the ability to choke it down your stomach would be nearly beyond bursting and you would throw up the sugar... and that assuming you can fit it all in there to begin with.

That would be dying from overdosing on multiple things, it wouldn’t be the sugar dosage on its own.
Also that would only allow your body to shove more sugar into the cells at a higher rate. It wouldn’t solve the space or digestion issues at all. Though you would be right that the shock could kill you if you really forced it.

Dosage can be more than one pill at a time. Example: “3 pills is the dosage for your uh… hold on…” says the doctor. The doctor looks down at her notes and looks for the medical condition. She tilts her head back up and looks the patient in the eyes. The doctor continues speaking “…for your epilepsy”.
