This is indeed great news, especially getting rid of court fines for minors and drivers license suspensions over unpaid court fees. We are too car dependent a nation to suspend a license for anything less than dangerous offenses. In most of the country not having a car is a one way ticket to unemployment. How is that supposed to help one repay fees?
