I really wish I could go help out! I’m really not sure the US military would let me take leave to go though.

I'm sure that traveling there would be difficult and expensive for many of us who frequent this sub. My way of helping has been to contribute a bit each month to one of the charities mentioned in this sub by the moderators. Even if you can only afford to give a few dollars, it helps people.
