Not highly experienced with that beach at that time of year but I think it’s something like this, perhaps less crowded. (Apologies in advance for any divisive expression.)

It largely depends on the weather. I've been there in the winter when the parking lot was full, and I've been in the summer when there are only a handful of people. If the weather is nice (especially if it's warmer), chances are there will be quite a few people there, but you at least won't see as many people in March or November as you will later in the year.

Go to second beach or Shi Shi, one of the ones you have to hike into. Those will be a ghost town most of the year until the sun makes its yearly 3 month appearance

Wear rain gear, dress warm, and stay the fuck away from drift logs.

Second beach is only about a mile from each way I believe. It’s got a pretty steep hill tho on the backside when heading down to the beach, so if you’re bringing anything in for your elopement, keep that in mind. Shi Shi is a 3 mile hike through the woods one way, so I don’t recommend that one. You might also consider first beach as well. You can park in the lot and just walk right to the beach. Same thing with Kalaloch beach
