I've come across the meeting minutes for one of the communities in Index. It's very detailed and there's enough gate-smashing and gravel based issues to be a fun read: https://www.mountindexriversites.com/meetings--financials.html

Also there's https://skyko.org/ which is more oriented toward the Galena road. Lots of drone footage of conditions.
