Honestly, post it on Craigslist or Facebook as free and someone will email you within 24 hours. I've never had a problem getting rid of stuff like that.

I would but the cord is almost ripped in half and was sparking. Wouldn't want to send that to someone.

Weird take. Plenty of people are into tinkering and fixing things like this up and then reselling it for small cash.

As long as you are expressing saying that then what's the problem? Some tinkerer out there probably already has the cord in stock and the know how to fix it.
