Did building permits come into play at all? I believe in Worcester it is technically anything over 120 sqft needs one. But I am not sure if this is something that anyone actually pays attention to.

Same here in my town. anything under 120 ft^2 needs a permit. Both "sheds" are 10x20 .. No permits needed for either shed

Correct me if I'm wrong, but a 10 x 20 is 200 sqft.
