It was def over 60 days ago. But I can get ticketed for just having the car parked? If so that's actually really shitty

Ugh. Was it a ticket for expired inspection or the same thing? Because that's a "moving violation" and 2 points on your insurance--BUT I have no idea if what OP got for being parked is the same thing as being pulled over with an expired inspection sticker.

If it is, then that is a whole BUNCH of bullshit IMO.
