Does anyone know where there are spinning or cycling classes in the area? I’m not looking for a class/program with spinning like OrangeTheory fitness.

SPENGA in Marlborough is by far my favorite for cycling. Core Connection in Northborough and GH2 in Holden also have cycling in their schedule and they are very good too!

Does Spenga offer cycling only classes? I know they offer classes mixed with other things.

No, they usually mix it. The most popular class is “Spenga” which is 20min cycling + 20 min strength + 20 min yoga. CoreConnection offers traditional cycling class - https://thecoreconnection.com/class/group-cycling/
