There used to be airport limos and something called the knights van or something, that would pick people up from Logan and bring them to Worcester for an agreed upon fee. Do those still exist? Does anyone have any services they recommend?

Yes I have. I have used them about 20 times and all were good experiences.
If you can drive to Framingham, parking is easy and the MassPort bus is cheap. Google Massport Framingham.
