Random question. I need air and I hate those stupid automated tire pressure machines. Is there a service station around downtown or the west side that has the normal, old-school air hose?

It’s a nightmare trying to find air for tire in this city. I bought a small compressor that plugs into your cigarette lighter , $40 at auto parts store.

Ryobi makes a battery operated compressor that’s the same firm factor as a handheld drill. Just set the PSI, clamp it to the stem, push a button, and it’s automatic. Super simple. You can open find them on sale for about $30 or less. I love mine and keep it in my car all the time. One charge lasts forever, and it shares the same pack as other Ryobi cordless devices.

It's not exactly a great solution if you need air now but if you're ever in the Webster/Dudley area, or just on the state line, pop over to CT for a second. It's still free to put air in your tires there.
