Probably a homeless OD. They probably hit them with narcan and then they refused treatment. You'll hear about 1-3 calls an hour for possible OD(edit- obviously it varies) , if you listen to the FD/EMS and PD scanners. Either that or the buildings fire alarms backup battery died, causing it to trigger a response.

That’s craaaaazy. I moved here from main south thinking it’d be more quiet but there’s always a car parked idling at the end of the street with people inside when I walk my dog

Keep track of the license plate + make/model. If it's always the same car, something sketch is definitely going on. When I saw something like that happen on my street I called the police about it and magically no more idling/a drug stop-off place by my street.
