Second this. I did a project in worcester, taken over from another guy. The electric inspector wanted me to take down “every sheet of drywall” to make sure the wires were done properly.

A simple test could check that to see if it can handle the load, and if the circuits are correctly linked together . Even then, just tracking the wires up and down the beams could be accomplished by jus taking down one wall.

Needless to say, however, a job should be done right (which it should be Becuase your paying for it or diy) to make living situations safer for all, owners and renters.

Used to get Ziggy Bombs regularly when it was just the truck. I don't know why but the sandwiches seemed to taste better before the store opened. Whether it was because they weren't trying to push many out at once or some other reason I don't know. Though the reason I stopped going was less about the taste and more just how the owner acts sometimes.
