Great thing about a naked one. Putting them in cute clothes cause it helps keep them warm and isn't just for vanity.

I think it originated as a safety thing, since corgis are herding dogs—but your average corgi is a pampered house pet and not working the stables anymore, so the breed standard is a little outdated and (imo) cruel.
