My boss is Korean and told me about their style of spa, maybe this one? She also mentioned being naked the whole time???

Yes this is the Korean style of spa called jjimjilbang. You are only naked for the shower and bath, which is separated by gender. Once you go to the sauna area (co-ed), you are given clothes to wear. If you choose to go into the pools/hot tubs, you go back to your locker and change into a swimsuit.
