My bf’s birthday is coming up and I want to know some good birthday date ideas in Baltimore that you all might have. I am looking for something outside of a typical dinner date but if you have recommendations for really good restaurants or food experiences, I’d love to hear them too! I am currently considering the Illusions bar since neither of us have been there before.

Illusions is a great date night, Mustang Alley bowling is also fun if you want an activity
Shows at Baltimore Improv Group are cheap and funny! That + a nicer dinner at La Alma Cocina and then cocktails at Dutch Courage is a solid station north/old goucher night.
B-side cocktail lounge! They have private karaoke rooms and a speakeasy lounge

Walters Art Museum. Topside for a great view of Baltimore… cocktails are better than the food. Mt Vernon marketplace for drinks and food..
If you want to stay there, Hotel Revival is awesome. ( topside is on the top floor) The Corner suites are amazing. All of this is on the same block basically.

Did it as a group of couples. Lots of fun and you keep the thing you make. Was a great time. We went during the winter and it was still super hot inside.

I’ve done this and it’s incredibly fun and surprisingly affordable. Maybe stack it with dinner at Gunther’s, which is one of my favorite nice dinner spots.

Haha walters art museum and dinner is a date we already did! We had a lot of fun!
A new comedy club just opened in Fells called "The Port" I haven't had a chance to check it out yet, but have heard from multiple people that they have good talent! It's BYOB but the Abby Burger next door will sell you a growler if you want. Then go to Cat's Eye for live music & people watching!
