It's been a while for me but MOM'S, Trader Joe's and Towson Hot Bagels are all pretty good. MOM'S and THB near the Timonium light rail stop is probably a one-stop-shop.

The used to be some government building down by Lexington market and they were always throwing out office supplies (printers, projectors, etc). In my more destitute days I used to dumpster there and flip stuff on ebay, probably made about $1000 off that dumpster

In college we would dumpster dive all the businesses along Columbia Gateway Drive. Not too far out of the city (hoco). Everything from networking and computer gear to uhhhh...really odd shit.

Also, if you do decide to head over there - watch out not to dive the dumpster behind the hair studio. That was pretty horrifying.
