I'm considering adding a set of stairs to my back deck and putting up a new fence and I need drawings for the permit request. Anyone on the sub willing/able to do this? I'd be happy to pay for your time. Thanks!

If you have an iPhone, download MagicPlan to do a drawing yourself if you’re willing. Use your camera to measure the area, then add the stairs and fence objects to it. I used it for my bathroom renovation permit.

I would suggest having a licensed contractor do the job. They can produce shop drawings and apply for the permit.

Stairs can be dangerous, best to spread that liability and risk.
