I’m not sure if this is the place to ask this, I was in a very dark place a couple years ago and I ended up hurting myself. I’ve heard there are some places that offer treatment for free and was wondering if anyone knew of a place?

I have not seen any ads lately. I have seen artists post about doing that on their various social medias. Maybe try digging through instagram for a bit and see if you can find any. Good luck

I don't know of anywhere in particular right now that would do free. But keep an eye out in May, if you haven't found something yet, that is mental health awareness month and when I typically see places advertising low cost scar cover-up/services.

I'd recommend you find a good Siddha Practitioner/Doctor if possible (Ayurvedic Pastes do wonders)
