Woodberry gives you all he same amenities/benefits as Medfield (including the school) but with a little more green and space than Medfield. (NOTE: Woodberry is the whole neighborhood and not just the sexy duplexes and townhomes near the Woodberry Kitchen or whatever it's called now).
