What’s the last book you read that was so good you were mindful to take your time reading it because you didn’t want it to end?

I just started reading The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafón and I can already tell this is one of those books. There’s some sort of magic in his writing and in his characters that makes me wish the book was 3000 pages long.

Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy gave off that similar magic, although it was mainly due to the unexpected level of humour.

Anyway, just curious what other books have people feeling the way I’m feeling about The Shadow of the Wind :)
