Cafe Weekend in Allston! They don’t advertise them as soufflé pancakes but they fit the bill. Would highly recommend the strawberry ones :)

Wow! That place looks good. Anything else on their menu you recommend? Also, how traditional would you say the pancakes are?

Their croffles are absolutely amazing (blueberry cream cheese is my personal favorite), and the weekend latte is a really good take on dalgona coffee. I can’t really speak too much to the authenticity of the pancakes, but they fit the description of tall and super fluffy. I’d say if anything, they may be just a bit denser than some other recipes.
