Their croffles are absolutely amazing (blueberry cream cheese is my personal favorite), and the weekend latte is a really good take on dalgona coffee. I can’t really speak too much to the authenticity of the pancakes, but they fit the description of tall and super fluffy. I’d say if anything, they may be just a bit denser than some other recipes.
