Yes, though it runs on a Sunday schedule (and with staffing shortages this year I might assume even less frequently than that)

Oh thank you! The sunday schedule basically means the frequency of trains is less right?

Yes, and probably not as early or late. You can use the MBTA trip planner website to see when they’re planning to run, and google maps is usually pretty accurate for seeing when they’re actually running.

Sunday schedule on the six major holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgivng, Christmas Day. Some other holidays have a Saturday schedule. It’s listed somewhere on the web site.

Thank your bus driver. Plan to wait 10-15 minutes for trains or check the apps.

I think July 4 is only Sunday in the morning. There's extra rush service after the fireworks.

Extra subway service starts around noon, and there are some extra late night commuter rail trains but everything else is on a Sunday schedule. All service is free after ~8pm, mainly to manage crowding at stations.

Sunday schedule for certain. A handful of low ridership buses do not operate at all on a Sunday so check the schedules. Bus and Subway transit will be at 15-20 minute headways (between trains). The commuter rail will be on a 2-hour headway. While bus and subway will operate till around midnight and some after that, the commuter rail will be taking their last runs between 9 pm and 11 pm in general. Again, schedules will give a better insight. Just go to the MBTA web site and locate the bus or train of interest and it will lay out the schedule.
