Wouldn't an easy way to recapture it be to have one photo, uber classified, be the "retrieval photo". Have a death row inmate stand inside the creature's pen and open the photo. Boom, recaptured

It sits around and cries for awhile before going back home to just sit around anyways. I can't imagine capturing it is that hard
