Last I looked in the US all but two were in NYC or California, predominantly Bay Area. There’s one in Chicago, and one about 90 minutes outside of DC near Shenandoah National Park.

I know Alinea has had one for awhile but I thought Charlie Trotters had one when it was open. Might need to expand the dataset to ** and * for it to be meaningful though

Alinea is the only current three star in Chicago, there are a number of one and two stars as well though.
