I'd leave it in because it's not only a search engine but also a news aggregator and email client, kinda your starting site with all the services you might need.

But on google.com is only a search bar and like three buttons, whereas on seznam.cz you have tons of news, weather, ads, overview of your inbox and trending searches

Indeed, yet Google’s domain contains many subsections - news.google.com, maps.google.com, mail.google.com and many more. If all of those were excluded, so should be Seznam.
