Thank you, I love bread and bread making. Anyone can do it, it takes some patience and understanding, trial and error but itβs a nice process. Something very humbling and joyful about making a nice loaf.
I donβt actually sniff butts but I do like Catan.

If there's any bread that would get me into baking it would be a dense/dark rye π©π©π© so good toasted with way too much butter and some finishing salt.
I love how the density means it retains moisture even when you toast it, so you have this beautiful moist bread with hot crispy toasted surfaces and then the juiciness of melted butter lol. Simply amazing.
