Thank you! I think it was garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil. I don’t remember as I made these a while ago.

I cheat and buy the wrappers... And then I cheat again and sucker my dinner guests into making them lol! I make the filling and the dipping sauces and pan fry them 15-20 of them at a time and everyone attacks and devours them the moment they hit the table!

🤣🤣🤣 let the guests do some of the work -brilliant! I buy the wrappers sometimes as well but the ones I get are a bit too thick.

Thinking of grinding up chicken breast, and adding chives or leaks. Then steaming in an electric wok, on the steamer "tray."
