Thank you -I love making them from scratch but the wrappers are a bit of work.

I cheat and buy the wrappers... And then I cheat again and sucker my dinner guests into making them lol! I make the filling and the dipping sauces and pan fry them 15-20 of them at a time and everyone attacks and devours them the moment they hit the table!

They look great! What recipe did you use for the wrap? Looking at making them soon, any tips?

Thinking of grinding up chicken breast, and adding chives or leaks. Then steaming in an electric wok, on the steamer "tray."
