Drape the cabbage leaves in a large ladle and fill them, then fold them closed nice and pretty :)

Those are similar to a popular Polish dish called Gołąbki It’s cabbage stuffed with ground beef and rice filling covered in a red sauce :)

They are indeed similar. There is chicken broth and skinned tomatoes crushed and cooked into this as well.
