The sausage is really nice, but the sauce looks more like tomato sauce than "classic bolognese" (slow cooked meat sauce).

Oops! There's actually minced meat inside the sauce when it was cooking, which is for the flavour, but I strained them out when serving my portion cause I don't like their texture 😅😅
