Looks good and cheesy! Ps: au gratin makes no sense in French. I would just fully translate it to 'gratin potatoes' or more correct grammar would be pommes de terre gratiné.

I modified the recipe a little bit. I substituted half the milk with heavy cream and skipped the nasty Velveeta cheese and put Tillamook white cheddar cheese as a substitute.
