Thanks! Here is the recipe, pretty simple only few ingredients.

Dough: Stonefire Naan flatbread

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • BBQ Sauce : I used Stubb’s sweet heat
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • cayenne pepper seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F
  2. Slice chicken breast in half so it is thin. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Slice red onion into strips
  4. Sear chicken med-high 2 min per side, then make sure it reaches 160 degrees, then pull to board to rest
  5. Sauté red onion until slight charred and add sugar to caramelize. Set to side
  6. Time to build: Grab that bbq sauce and use as much as you want on the naan flatbread. - Do a thin layer of mozzarella cheese. - Slice chicken into small slices or cubes and place all over the pizza. - Add red onion - top off with any remaining cheese - bake for 6-8 minutes on 500 degrees (check so it doesn’t burn) - cool for 5 min
  7. Enjoy!
