I was in Scotland with work & it was part of a 3 course meal cooked for us one night, I'm definitely going to try and recreate it - was absolutely divine!

It's certainly a highlight, I've been lucky to have some really amazing food over the years thanks to work! I'll have to remember to share more of them in the future!

It was at Archerfield House!
We'd rented the main house & other parts for a few days, so food may have been different to if you stayed there normally but everything we had was delicious so imagine you wouldn't be disappointed regardless!
