Listen, I’m not a baker. It’s definitely over-baked, and sad. And to top it off, I used a box mix but added vanilla. Then I realized I don’t have round cake pans, so I used square glass pirex pans. But the icing is homemade! Bear in mind this was a snow day activity to keep a toddler engaged and from tearing apart the house from boredom 🙃
