From HEB grocery store it's already bagged in a brine. And I feel like the pecan is lighter than post oak but heavier than apple wood.

It's occurred to me, I dunno what the hell an HEB is till I looked it up... I think we may have different turkeys up here in Canada too. I'm gonna tag this post and come back with some results from up this way. The one thing I can get is a buttload of Turkey meat, where I live is the turkey insemination capital of North America. cheers!

Looks artificial meat or tofu. We don’t really eat turkey where I come from so I don’t know what the breast usually looks like from inside.
