I'm trying so hard to get it. Is it some commentary about cats hiding in trees from dogs? Why are they a tree trimmer? What are the squirrels angry about? Is this just next level evolved metaphysical comedy I'm too stupid to understand?

The way their claws are curved make it easy for them to climb up a tree. But it's of no help on the way down so they get "stuck" because they don't want to fall all that way
