I’ve done research and consulted with parrot experts, his cage is the appropriate size for him. Besides, he doesn’t even use his cage. He’s allowed to roam around freely and uses his cage once in a blue moon.

You seem really defensive for a good reason, you accepted one person's view point so you've rejected everyone else's. Keep your mindset open in life, it can lead you to higher forms of enlightenment you thought not possible. Mushrooms help with that in some sense.
