It was a truck carrying bricks, presumably loose bricks. One fell off, bounced and goes right through the windshield of an oncoming car in the opposite direction. The video is a dashcam of said car. All you hear is the driver or passenger screaming right after.

Happened in Russia I think

It's not as rare as it should be. I remember it happened in TN a few years ago because it hit a Nissan GT-R. The driver died.
