My friends and I are getting old. Call of Duty is just too much anymore. No time for a grind. Help us find a new game to bring us back together!

Help me gamers, you're my only hope. Buddies and I are almost 30 with full time jobs/ families and its hard to all play together. When we do, games like CoD are just so frustrating that it defeats hope of having fun gaming together. It's like, the IDEA of sitting down and playing it is great but then we are quickly reminded of how shitty it makes us feel.

We need a new game. Something that we can have fun playing together. Nothing sweaty. Nothing with a huge grind. Shooters are fine, but no minecraft please. Any good recommendations?
