Is there any place where I can get the name of an old NES game by my super vague description?

Just in case someone here can help, the game hade 3 characters, the main guy wearing a green t shirt and using bow and arrow as weapon, a bearded tall guy using a gun (who in my mind looked like Abraham Lincoln) and a 3rd character wearing a white dress using a sword.

The story went something like a corrupt police officer had illegally detained the brother of the main character (the one in green tshirt) and these 3 characters were searching for the brother all while escaping the police officer and his goons.

If the main character was caught he would be imprisoned and you could free him as well. But if the two side characters were caught they would die instantly. You were free to exchange between any of the non dead/imprisoned characters at any point.

That's all I remember, I used to play it at a friend's house years ago and it's bothering me that I don't know/remember the name.
