Thank you for the link! I don’t watch anime, although I believe that’s some thing from the matrix franchise, right? Very cool, not a direct inspiration, but very very cool.

Yup! From the Animatrix. I'm not a big anime fan either, but it's an interesting analogy. Some cool stories, almost always interesting art styles.
