I noticed the DACs you mentioned are all dongles - try using a dac/amp with its own power cord, or a battery. Something that isnt powered by the laptop. Sounds like the motherboard on that laptop is super noisy.

Man :(( I don't have the luxury to have a dac/amp to test it right now. I don't have any local audio store.
